Scald Milk, set asside to cool

sift all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.

Add softened butter and eggs, mix well

dissolve 3 packages of yeast in warm milk. Make sure it''s not too warm or you will kill the yeast. Add Milk/yeast mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. You may have to add extra flour so dough isn''t sticky. Set asside to rise for 2 hours.

Prepare fillings while yeast is rising:
Possible fillings (basically the list in endless):
Cinnamon and sugar
poppy seed (mixed with 1/3 c milk and 1/4 sugar)
Cream Cheese-2 packages mixed with and egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Any type of fruit preserves.

After risen to about double in size. Divide into 4 parts and roll out to about 1/8" thick. Spread filling and roll up. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minuutes, until light brown on top. Slice and enjoy. About 16 servings per loaf.
