place almonds, macadameia nuts, dates and cherries in food processor and pulse until well grounded. Pulse in vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and salt.

Remove from food processor and press into an 8 x 8 baking dish

refrigerate overnight (6-8 hours)
