1Mix oat bran, baking powder and spice in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine molasses, honey, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Whisk gently until mixture is combined. combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently, add walnuts, raisins and carrots. Pour into paper baking cups. Bake at 400 degrees for about 17 minutes. Check to make sure muffins aren''t getting too browned.
