cupapple juice, or other 100% fruit juice

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Lightly grease a muffin pan
3Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon (or other spices) together in a large bowl.
4Mix in diced apple, mashed banana, and apple juice (or other fruit juice).
5Pour batter into muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
6Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of muffin comes out clean.
7Let cool and enjoy!
