Sequence Step
1Beat eggs until fluffy, add milk, salt, splenda, cinnamon. Mix, add flour. Mix until flour is well mix in.
2Heat a large fry pan until medium hot. Add a touch of oil to pan and wipe around with a paper towel. Slowly pour enough batter to make 3 seperate pancakes. Let cook about 2 minutes until set and lightly browned, flip and cook about another minute. Place in warm oven and cook the next batch.
