cans (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

cupmilk, lowfat, fluid, 1% milkfat, with added vitamin A

cupchickpeas (15oz can) (drained)

Sequence Step
1Cook vegetables in water and use 4 low sodium chicken bullion cubes until vegies are soft. Puree soup and remove any un-pureed pieces like celery string. Sift if unsure of of the presence of chunks.Serve hot.
