Shell mixture
Soak bulghur in water for 30 minutes, drain through sieve or cheese cloth, combine with 1 lb. of lamb, chopped onion, plus salt and pepper. Put in food processor mix until well incorporated (should look like pizza dough.
Step 2 (Stuffing Mixture)
saute 1 onion when translucent and pine nuts, when starts to color add 1 lb. of lamb, spices let brown for 10 minutes.
Step 3 roll a ball of the shell mixture poke a hole in the center. Add 1 oz. of the cook mixture seal the bottom with the shell mixture. Put to the side when done with all mixture. Fry at 350* for 10 minutes
