1Add yeast and warm water to bosch mixer. Add bread flour, oatmeal, shortening, molasses, powdered milk, add approximately 10 cups wheat flour and mix. Add salt. Gradually add the rest of the flour as needed. Knead in mixer for 6 minutes. Allow to rise for 1 hour or double in size. Shape into loaf pans, allow to rise again. Bake at 375 for about 22-25 minutes.
