1Ina 9x13 inch glass dish, combine the egg and milk. Add the onion rings, toss to coat, and let stand for 30 minutes, turning frequently.
2In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, chili powder and salt.
3Preheat the oven to 450, Spray a jelly-roll pan or baking sheet iwth nonstick cooking spray.
4Dredge the onion rings in the bread crumb mixture.
5Place the onion rings in the prepared pan, drizzle evenly with the oil and bake for 5 minutes. With a spatula turn the onion rings and bake until golden, about 5 minutes
