| 1 | Beat at medium speed: sugar, pro. pwd. butter and bananas. Add skim milk, yogurt, egg whites. Beat well.
Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to wet ingredient. Mix
Spray with Pam 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 350 degree oven 1 hr. 10 min or until toothpick comes out clean |
