Boil lasagne sheets for 4 minutes, cook hot sausage and drain grease. Mix ricotta and 8 oz. of mozzarella together with a cup of egg beaters. Add sauce to meat and warm through. Layer of sauce on bottom of cooking dish, lasagne sheet, layer of cheese, repeat until done top with sauce. Sprinkle 8 oz of mozzarella on top an sprinkle grated parmesean, bake at 350 oven for approx 45 min or until cheese is melted.
