| 1 | Clean all fresh ingredients. Don''t peel your carrots. Simply rub the outside of them with your hands.
Cut all vegetables into small and medium pieces. | 2 | Throw everything into the pot except the brown rice and fill with clean [preferably filtered] water. Fill it up to about two inches below the top. | 3 | Place pot on stove, turn the heat all the way up. Once to pot is boiling, throw in the brown rice.
