wash and dry chicken breasts.

season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Place chicken in baking dish

combine melted butter, minced garlic and paprika in a small bowl. Brush over chicken breasts. Pour any left over butter mixture evenly over chicken.

Cover with tin foil. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.

While chicken is cooking, mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Slather chicken breasts with remaining 1/2 mayonnaise/sour cream mixture and top with parmesan cheese. Broil until brown and bubbling (about 10 minutes)

Take chicken out of baking dish. Using a whisk, mix the sauce until creamy.
