Steps
Sequence Step
1saute onion, add beans and chicken.
2add a couple ladles of enchilada sauce to mixture
3break up tortillas, layer in dish.
4add 1/2 chicken/bean mixture, cover in sauce and cheese.
5add layer tortillas, more chicken, cheese and sauce. Top with final layer of tortillas, cheese, and sauce.
6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
