Brown chorizo and break up into crubmles. Add florets and stir to slightly soften. Remove from heat and cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Beat to combine.

Stir in cooled sausage

Pour into a greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.

Cool slightly before slicing into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
