1Prep: slice chicken into strips, dice onions, slice bell peppers, chop spinach (if desired), drain excess water from cans of beans
2cook chicken in a large pan add chili mix and onions
3add in bell peppers and spinach leafs
4add in both cans of beans
5cover and let simmer 5-10 min
6to make the burrito: 1 tortilla shell, 1/2 cup of recipe and garnish with cheese, tomatoes, sour cream as desired
