1Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
2Mix all spices together with one cup water. Set aside.
3Heat wok over medium high heat. Add pork in single layer. Let cook 30 seconds. Add sesame seeds and then stir fry for one minute. Add carrots and cook for one minute. Add garlic, sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry 30 seconds more, then add 1/2 cup spice/water mixture. Stir fry one minute.
4Add half the spaghetti noodles and toss to coat, being careful to prevent sticking. Add the other half of the noodles and the remaining water/spice mix. Stir fry 1-2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Serve.
