Its so good! Very moist a fluffy, even good if using whole wheat flour and margarine instead of butter! Originally for concord grape muffins (also amazing) but you can sub ANY fruit (even orange segments) :)

Preheat to 400 F
Grease or line your muffin tins.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in the butter (cut it into twelves). Use a pastry cutter, or your fingers (much more fun)until it becomes a sandy mixture. Add the Milk and fold gently until no flour remains unmixed.
Gently mix in your fruit.
scoop into muffins tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy!! :)
