Recipe Description My friend Kelly L. created this muffin recipe "doctoring" off of a box of wheat bran. They are not overly sweet like so many others. I love em.

1Mix flour, flaxseed, bran, broun sugar, baking soda, baking power, salt, and cinnnamon i n a large bowl. Stir in shredded apple. Combine milk, beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour liquied ingredients into fdry ingredients. Stir til moistened. Add fresh berries(black, blue,etc..) Fill muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-28 minutes depending on size.
