Sequence Step
1Put all ingredients in blender (no need to peel apples or remove stems from spinach). Blender should be just about full to the top with ingredients
2Add water until blender is about 3/4 full
3Blend on liquify setting, stopping to push down fruit/veg as needed, until fully blended
4Chill.
