Combine dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter. Add soy milk slowly (this may be too much milk, depending on the type of flour used and the fat content in your milk). Only mix until flour is wet and easier to manage by hand. Gently form into 6 biscuits. Do not knead or your biscuits will be chewy. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Add jam if desired. Yummy!
