toss shrimp w/ salt and 1 ts. red pepper flakes. heat oil in pan and saute shrimp for one min. remove shrimp. add onion to same skillet and saute 5 min. add tomatoes w/ juices, wine garlic and oregano. simmer 10 min. return shrimp so flavors meld together. stir in parsley and basil. serve over cous cous.
