1Combine - flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside
2Combine - eggs, buttermilk and melted butter
3Add shredded farmers cheese, diced green chiles and diced pimentos to egg mixture.
4Gently fold dry and wet ingredients together. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 60 minutes. Be sure it is not soggy in middle
