Mix dry ingredients: Flour, hot cereal, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

In seperate bowl mix brown sugar, egg, buttermilk, olive oil and vanilla until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients

Slowly mix in the rhubarb, blueberries and walnuts.

Line 21 muffin cups and pre heat the over to 350.. Bake for 25 mins or until the muffin top springs back! Enjoy!!!
