Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add oatmeal first and then milk to 9x12 baking pan.
Mix
Layer in dried cherries, grated apple and sliced almonds.
Sprinkle dish with brown sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, scoop and serve.
