11. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two large loaf pans (9x5x3 inches). In a large mixing bowl beat sugar, oil and eggs together. 2. Add soda and salt. 3.combine remaining ingreadients. 4. divide between two pans and bake for 60 min. check by inserting a toothpick into center of loaf. Bake longer in 5min increments checking with a toothpick until done.
