Steps
Sequence Step
1Blend together Splenda and applesauce. Heat water in non-stick pan. Add flax seed and stir until slightly thick (egg consistency). Blend flax and pumpkin with Splenda and applesauce.
2In separate bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
3Combine wet ingredients, dry ingredients, and water. Mix well.
4Pour into two bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
