Bring egg to room temperature and whisk til blended and add to honey and warm water. Put into bottom of bread maker pan. Mix together remaining ingredients, except the yeast, in a large bowl and using a small cup transfer gently to the bread pan on top of the liquid ingredients. Create a dip in the center and put the yeast there. Set bread machine to 2# Loaf Whole Wheat setting and start machine. Half way through the last kneading session add 1/2 cup of toasted, hulled pumpkin seeds. Let bread stand 1 hr before cutting after baking.
