Cover chopped vegetables with chicken broth. Add water to cover if needed.

Simmer vegetables 10-12 minutes till soft.

In separate pot, melt butter, add flour and cook for a minute, then add milk to make white sauce.

Combine white sauce with other pot, add parsley, paprika and ham cubes.

Add cider vinegar. Salt and ground pepper to taste. Simmer a few more minutes on low.
