Sequence Step
1Pulse nuts and baking chocolate in food processor until finely chopped. Add all remaining ingredients and run in food processor until smooth and the "dough" sticks together. Remove and roll into 8 truffle-sized balls. Roll in extra unsweetened shredded coconut if desired. Best kept refrigerated. Enjoy!
