I was trying to create cookies for diabetics with minimal actual sugar. These cookies don't have any added salt making them good for those on low sodium diets as well

Cream butter, peanut butter, Splenda and sugar together until smooth.

beat in the eggs

stir in flour to make a stiff dough

using approx 1 TBS of dough, shape into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

press with cookie stamp or poit=nted side of meaat mallet to flatten leaving design imprinted on cookie surfacce

bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins until just lightly brown and set. then cool on wire rack.
