1. Remove cooked poultry from the roasting pan and keep warm. Pour all drippings and set aside to cool.
2. Pour broth into roasting pan and scrape until all the flavorful meat is loosened.
3. In a medium sized sauce pan, combine flour and ΒΌ of the drippings from the pan. Stir and cook for one minute, slowly stir in the broth from the roasting pan and bring it to a boil.
4. Let it simmer while stirring for 3 minutes. Season and add bottled brown sauce if desired.
