Steps

1Boil Potatoes and Beet root separately
2Thinly slice all vegetables
3Put a slice of cheese on top of a slice of bread
4Now, stack your vegetables on top of that
5Top that with the second slice of bread
6Toast it (optional) or cut the whole sandwich into 2 or 4 pieces, if you prefer that
7Eat it with tomato ketchup
