Sequence Step
1Mix blackberries, 14 tsp salt, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup sugar together in shallow baking pan.
2Place berry mixture in oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
3mix topping: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, cardamom, and milk/lemon juice mixture to make a sticky dough
5bake 25 minutes until "biscuits" are golden brown.
6serve warm
