Steps

1Cook macaroni in salted water until tender, Drain and set aside
2Melt Margarine in small saucepan, add flour and mix well, stirring over heat for one minute. Slowly add milk and whisk until mixture thickens. Lower heat and add cheese, stirring until melted. Add hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside
3Steam vegetables until tender. Pieces should be bite-sized.
4Spray casserole. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and turn into sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
