1mix dry ingredients.
2Mix hot water with coconut oil.
3Mix all ingredients together.
4Spoon into prepared (papered) muffin cups.
5Fill only about 1/2 (or less) full, unless you want more of a muffin.
6Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes. Or until centers are done.
