I Love oat meal raisen cookies and wanted something fat free without adding carbs because I am diabetic. These cookies are delicicous and I can eat two with out raising my blood sugar. The cinnamon helps with the sugar levels thats why I used so much. These cookies are full of fiber, too.

1/2C splenda
1/2C Splenda brown sugar
4 egg whites
mix together in mixing bowl
in a separate small bowel mix together
2 1/2c whole wheat flour
5 cups oats
3 tbs cinnamon
1Tbs nutmeg
1Tbs baking soda
add to liquid mix mix until everything is combined evenly
