Steps
Sequence Step
1Place baking stone in oven on lowest level and preheat oven to 475.
2Whisk flour, instant yeast and sugar together in small bowl
3Whisk in salt
4Make a well in the center
6Gradually stir flour into water until moistened and dough begins to form
7Pour oil into small bowl
8Place dough in oiled bowl
9Cover tightly
10Let sit 1 hour or until doubled
11Oil your hands and lift dough out of bowl
12Pour a little of left over oil onto the pizza pan
13Put dough into pan and press to deflate it.
14Press dough into a 10 inch circle
15Brush dough with remaining oil
16Let sit for 30 min. (skip this step if in a hurry -- turns out as crisper crust)
17Set pizza pan (or cookie sheet) directly on stone and bake 5 min.
18Top pizza with favorite ingredients
19Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
