combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl

In another bowl, comine the eggs and milk, and stir in bananans, applesauce and vanilla.

Stir this mixture into the dry ingredients until just mositened. In muffin tin with paper cups fill each about 3/4''s full.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpik comes out clean.
