In a large bowl combine east and water. Allow to stand until yeast is dissolved. Add dry milk, sugar, and salt. Mix to blend. Add flour gradually until doughforms a ball. Knead a few times on a lightly floured board. Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Melt 1 cube butter in 10 1/2 1 15 in pan. Roll each breadstickn in butter and lay side by side in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Can be baked immeiately if you lik them crusty or allow to rise 15 to 20 minutes for puffy sticks. Bake at 375 for 12-15 min.
