Preheat oven to 375 degrees Grease a 9X13 pan

In a mixing bowl combine both sugars, flour and butter. Mix until crumbly, set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture.

Add egg, buttermilk, salt and baking soda to mixture in bowl. Mix until thick like cake batter. Pour batter into 9x13 dish.

Mix pecans and heath toffee bits in the mixture that was set aside. Once mixed sprinkle this over the top of the cake batter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
