Combine buttermilk and chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Drain

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place cornflakes, paprika, sugar and salt in a food processor, process until cornflakes are finely chopped.
Combine chicken and conflake mixture, tossing well to coat.
Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
