cup, whole or halvesmacadamia nuts, chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees (375 for high altitude)
2Grease and flour loaf pan.
3Mash bananas
4Add Splenda, melted butter substitute, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and egg
5Mix well until blended.
6Stir in flour and nuts
7Transfer to prepared loaf pan.
8Bake for 45 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
9Remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool.
