Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small mixing bowl or a liquid measuring cup, combine milk, applesauce, almond butter, extracts and brown sugar.

In a large bowl, combine flours, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.

Add frozen cherries and berries and fold in gently.

Transfer batter to an 8×8 pan that has been lightly greased or coated with cooking spray.
