Add 2 cups starter to 6 c flour and all water. Stir, add yeast and salt.

Add artichoke hearts, pine nuts, pepper, and garlic to mixture and stir.

Add remaining flour, knead and cover to rise.

Form into loaves, let rise, bake at 400 for 25 minutes
