Coat cookie sheet w/baking spray. Whisk powdered milk (or vanilla creamer) w/2 T.water and the vanilla.

Warm peanut butter sugar and syrup in a sauce pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in milk mixture, then crackers (really crushed mini pretzels) and coconut.

Mix well and drop by teaspoon fulls onto sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes!
