Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C ).Grease six muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2Stir together 1 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar,2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix in 1/3 cup oil, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup milk. Fold in 2 cups diced apples and applesauce baby food. Place mix into prepared muffin mix.
3In a seperate small bowl,stir together 1/2 cup brown sugar,1/3 cup flour,1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix together with fork and sprinkle over unbaked muffins.
4Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes ,until a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
5While muffins are cooling, melt carmels in small saucepan over medium heat,and drizzle on top of cooling muffins.
