Cheese Empinadas

1Make FILLING:
2Combine cubed cheese, finely chopped pepperocini, chopped hard boied eggs
3Set aside

cup (8 fl oz)yogurt

cup (8 fl oz)water

1DOUGH
2Sift flour and salt. Add melted butter, yogurt, and enough water to make a firm dough.
3Knead dough on floured surface til smooth
4Pinch off dough to make 6 balls
5roll each ball into 5" circle.
6place about 1/2 C filling in center of each circle. Wet edges. Fold dough over into 1/2 circle and crimp edge with tines of fork.
7store on lightly floured tray.
8Deep fry each pastry until golden in 2 - 3 inches oil at 306 degrees.
