Saute veggies.

Add juice and vegetable broth.

Bring to a boil.

Add grains. I use a bag mix from Trader Joes. Bring back to a boil.

Cover and Simmer until grains are cooked. The package I use calls for 10 minutes.

Add in spices, mix and turn off heat. Let set for 5 minutes.
