cuppumkin seeds, roasted, without salt

cup, halves and wholeroasted cashews chopped

cupscherries, dried
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix together nuts and seeds and roast in heavy pan over medium heat for 5 minutes
2Transfer to bowl and add dried fruits and agave nector. Stir until well coated.
3Turn onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and form into a rectangle. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
4Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
5return to 325 degree oven for another 15 minutes.
6Let cool completely. If desired, drizzle with chocoloate and let dry completely before eating.
